DEI Course Development Intern

Intern responsibilities:
- Intern will develop a DEI course.
- Ending project will consist of pitching the course to at least 10 clients.
- Will attend Social Designs client trainings/meetings to gain insight of the company.
Pay rate:
$2,500 for 10 weeks

20-25 hours per week

Required qualifications:
- Eager to learn and work effectively and efficiently during the duration of the internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be able to work effectively and build relationships with others.
- Must have good organization and planning skills, and be able to demonstrate effective project coordination, facilitation, and implementation based on past work or school experiences.
- Must possess deductive reasoning skills and be able to analyze and synthesize information for problem solving.
- Must have a personal commitment to working with diverse clientele and colleagues.
Preferred qualifications:
Possibility of attending in-person trainings/meetings.
